Shipping & Disclaimers


  • Our Working days are Monday to Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. We are closed on Thursdays and Sundays.
  • If, for any reason, you fail to receive a delivery, miss a delivery, or refuse a delivery, we are not able to refund any shipping costs, and the re-delivery will incur extra charges. In these instances, we will not be liable for any damages or losses, and we cannot provide any refunds.
  • If any product is returned to us by one of our couriers for any reason, such as refusal, missing delivery, or incorrect address, the cost of the product will be refunded, but the shipping charge will be deducted from the refund. You will be responsible for the delivery fee if a re-delivery is required.
  • In the case of returns, we can only offer a refund or a replacement if we receive the product back in its original condition without any damages.
  • If an incorrect delivery address is provided, we will not be liable for any damages, losses, or thefts resulting from the delivery, and we cannot provide any refunds in these instances.
  • If any special delivery instructions are provided (i.e., left on the porch, in a greenhouse, behind bins, in a shed, etc.), we will not be liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the delivery and cannot provide any refunds in these instances.
  • Please note that delivery times are subject to stock availability, size, and quantity of items ordered. You will be contacted if an item you have ordered is out of stock.
  • For orders to all locations, handling time (irrespective of next day or standard shipping) may be subject to the size, quantity, and availability of products within the store. Some orders may need to ship out directly from the distributors, and hence it may take approximately 2–3 working days to dispatch.
  • International delivery orders take approximately 5–7 working days or longer. We are not liable for any additional customs charges.



  • We are not liable and cannot refund any next-working-day orders made in error.
  • The cut-off time to place orders is 1 p.m. Any orders placed after this time may not be shipped until the following working day. Any orders placed after 1 p.m. may still be dispatched; however, there is no guarantee. We are not liable for any orders made after this time and cannot refund any shipping costs.
  • Same-day dispatch is only available for orders made between Monday and Wednesday (excluding bank holidays, Thursday, and the weekend).
  • Any orders placed on bank holidays, Thursdays, or the weekend will be dispatched the next working day. For example, if an order is placed on a Friday, it will be delivered on the following Monday (provided there is no bank holiday).
  • If an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays) for delivery on Tuesday (excluding bank holidays).
  • All next-working-day orders will need to be signed for, so please ensure that someone is in to take the delivery or advise us whether it is possible to leave the parcel with a neighbour if you are not in.
  • Please note that our couriers use the text and e-mail option that advises customers of a two-hour delivery slot to save waiting all day. When placing your order, please enter your mobile number and e-mail address to receive these notifications.
